Administrative and project management support for the Marketing and Outreach Department. Coordinate or manage projects, write and/or prepare correspondence, proposals and marketing materials. Perform administrative duties in a deadline-oriented environment and assist with advertising, special events, meetings, conferences, research, and local bar outreach.
A minimum of three years of related work experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Requires demonstrated experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point. Experience with IMIS and project management software a plus. Requires demonstrated organizational skills, writing, grammar, spelling and punctuation. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Web skills and social media a plus. Requires the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects under deadline pressure. Must be able to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Must be a self-starter. Some travel and overtime required.
