The position assists with the coordination of large conferences, events, and meetings. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, program planning and development, communications, and supporting initiatives that expand access to justice and pro bono services across Texas. Involves frequent contact with State Bar departments, committees, volunteers, and the public.

This role encompasses business development, outreach, and negotiation to maximize sponsorship participation and value. Involves frequent contact with State Bar departments, complainants, respondents, and other outside agencies and organizations.

Assists Flash CLE team in marketing continuing legal education programs for in-house use by law firms, corporate legal departments, and local bars through passive and pro-active telephone contact. Processes orders for the Flash CLE Department, TexasBarCLE payables, and Flash CLE invoices.

Responsible for coordinating, organizing, and supervising specific stages of preparations for continuing legal education (CLE) programs. Works with staff and professionals/volunteers to formulate the content, create promotional pieces, assemble written materials, and staff the program.
